A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality housing projects across the Greater Dublin area.
Reporting to the Building Services Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate M&E services from design through to installation, commissioning, and handover, ensuring quality, programme, and compliance standards are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor M&E installations across residential projects.
- Support site teams with M&E coordination and technical problem-solving.
- Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, utility providers, and local authorities.
- Oversee M&E subcontractor performance, quality, and programme delivery.
- Manage temporary electrical and water services.
- Assist with value engineering and the implementation of efficient building services solutions.
Requirements
- Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar M&E coordination role.
- Residential construction experience advantageous.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
Salary & Package
- Salary circa €75,000–€85,000, depending on experience.
