A Growing Civil Engineering Contractor is hiring Land Surveyors to join their team. Your focus will be to help deliver high-quality projects across Dublin. With a strong reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and project delivery, the company works across a wide range of civil infrastructure and construction projects.
Role:
- Establish and maintain high-accuracy survey control networks across project sites.
- Carry out precise levelling loops and control surveys.
- Perform setting out using GNSS and Total Station equipment.
- Support and manage machine control systems on site.
- Conduct track trolley surveys using Trimble GEDO systems.
- Undertake deformation monitoring surveys using laser scanning technology.
- Produce accurate 3D models and survey deliverables.
- Process, analyse, and manage survey data.
- Maintain survey records and ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Support BIM workflows through effective survey data integration and management.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure survey requirements are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all survey work is completed in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Level 7 Degree (or higher) in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
- Experience using GNSS, Total Stations, and survey software.
- Experience with Trimble GEDO systems desirable.
- Knowledge of deformation monitoring and laser scanning techniques.
- Experience in 3D modelling and survey data processing.
- Previous rail project experience highly desirable.
- Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) card preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate survey information.
- Full clean driving licence preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Salary
- Salary circa €45k – €55k DOE
- Vehicle/Fuel allowance
