Junior Project Engineer
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Project Engineer to support the delivery of mechanical building services projects across Ireland. Working alongside Project Managers and Senior Engineers, you’ll assist with site coordination, technical documentation, quality assurance, and commissioning to help deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of mechanical building services projects from installation through to commissioning.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure quality and compliance.
- Assist with RFIs, technical submittals, inspection records, and project documentation.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture across all site activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years’ experience in mechanical building services or construction engineering.
- Experience on commercial, industrial, data centre, pharmaceutical, or similar projects is desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BIM software such as Revit or Navisworks.
- Knowledge of Irish and EU construction standards is an advantage.
