Junior Health & Safety Advisor
We are recruiting for a Junior Health & Safety Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ensuring compliance, promoting a safe working environment and supporting continuous improvement in workplace safety. Based in Dublin, Ireland, the position will also involve occasional travel within Europe.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Site-Specific Safety Statements in collaboration with Site Foremen and Contracts Managers.
- Conduct regular Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) inspections.
- Deliver EHS training sessions for employees.
- Investigate, record and report accidents and near misses promptly, ensuring corrective actions are implemented without delay.
- Review subcontractors’ Safety Statements and monitor their compliance.
- Attend and contribute to regular site Health & Safety meetings.
- Undertake additional tasks aligned with the role and the organisation’s objectives as required.
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Health & Safety role.
- Must be based in Ireland with flexibility to travel across Europe as needed.
- This Junior Health & Safety Advisor will need a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Full, clean driving licence.
