Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Fit-out)
Senior Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years’ experience required to join well-established and highly reputable Mid-sized Main Building Contractor to work on a commercial fit-out / refurb project that is starting in Jan 2026 in North Dublin.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with at least 2+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be commercially and contractually aware.
- Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work.
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender submissions.
- Support the commercial management of live civil and renewables projects.
- Prepare and track subcontractor payments, valuations, and change orders.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure accurate forecasting and cost reporting.
- Contribute to procurement and negotiation processes with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress and attend project meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures.
Package:
- €55K – €65k (DOE)
