Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Developer

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with approximately 3 years’ experience required to join a highly reputable and well established Residential Developer based in South County Dublin.  The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based in both head office -South Dublin and a large project quite near the site in South Dublin also.  This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate QS with some Irish or UK resi experience to join a smaller team and get more exposure to all aspects of the job and quicker progression.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with at least 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Must be commercially and contractually aware.
• Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Salary:

• Starting Salary: €65,000– €75,000
