Intermediate QS
Intermediate QS (2+ years experience) required for a premium, well-established Developer to work on a residential apartment development in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an Intermediate QS to support commercial management on this scheme. Our client has an excellent track record delivering high-quality residential developments. The successful Intermediate QS will report to the Commercial Manager.
Role:
- Assist in the management of project costs on the development.
- Review and process contractor payment applications, valuations and variations.
- Support preparation of cost reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts for the project.
- Assist in tender preparation, analysis and reporting for project packages.
- Liaise with the main contractor, subcontractors and the design team on commercial matters.
- Support final account agreement and cost reconciliation for the project.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Experience working as an Intermediate QS, ideally with a developer, main contractor, or PQS practice
- Strong commercial and cost management skills
