Instrumentation Technician / Service Engineer
We are recruiting for an Instrumentation Technician / Service Engineer to join a leading supplier for Water, Pharma and the Food Industry. This role will be based in Meath. Responsibilities
- Perform service, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs on instrumentation equipment used in water and wastewater treatment plants and pump stations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues with equipment including flow meters, level sensors, water analysers, inverters, and controllers.
- Install new and replacement equipment on site.
- Liaise daily with the Service Department and clients regarding findings and recommendations.
- Complete administrative tasks such as report writing and record keeping.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Qualified and experienced electrician or instrumentation technician with 2–3 years’ relevant experience.
- Competent in working independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of water and wastewater processes (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn new equipment and technologies.
- Full, clean driving licence.
