We are recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of EHS compliance on large-scale projects while benefiting from strong support, career development and an attractive package.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and approve subcontractor EHS documentation, training certification and RAMS before issue to the main contractor.
- Prepare and issue risk assessments, method statement and site-specific safety statements in consultation with site teams.
- Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits on site.
- Deliver EHS training and toolbox talks for employees.
- Investigate, record, and report accidents/near misses, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
- Review subcontractor safety statements and monitor compliance.
- Attend site Health & Safety meetings and lead daily EHS briefings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Health & Safety Advisor in construction or related sectors.
- Qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety at Level 7 (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of EHS legislation, compliance standards and industry best practice.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with site teams and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to identify risks, implement corrective actions and drive a positive safety culture.
- Fluent English (German language skills an advantage).
