HR & Strategy Manager required to join a growing construction and engineering company based in Tralee, Co. Kerry, delivering projects across the Renewable Energy, Power, and Utilities sectors. The successful candidate will support business growth through talent acquisition, workforce planning, and strategic operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, strategy and talent acquisition activities across multiple business units
• Support workforce planning and long-term business growth strategies
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Work closely with senior management on operational and strategic planning
• Manage relationships with recruitment partners and external stakeholders
• Support employer branding and company growth initiatives
• Assist with performance management and staff development programs
• Monitor market trends and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in HR, Business, or related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in talent management, recruitment, or strategic operations
• Experience within Construction, Engineering, Energy, or Utilities sectors preferred
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Commercially aware with a strategic mindset
• Must be based in Ireland and eligible to work without sponsorship

Benefits:

• Salary circa €60,000 – €75,000 DOE
