Play a key role in ensuring site safety on one of Ireland’s most significant residential developments – a multi-phase, mixed-use scheme delivering circa 550 apartments along with retail units, offices, a creche, landscaped urban spaces, and sustainable features like green roofs and solar panels.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance on site
- Provide expert advice and resolve safety concerns quickly
- Work with engineers, subcontractors and clients to promote safe practices
- Carry out risk assessments, site inspections and audits
- Support design and project teams to integrate safety into every stage
Requirements
- Degree in Health & Safety or related field
- 2+ years’ H&S experience (construction or housing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
