Health and Safety Advisor

Health and Safety Advisor with 2-3 years’ experience required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work across large-scale residential projects in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to support site teams and drive safe working practices. The successful Health and Safety Advisor will report to the Health and Safety Manager.

Role:

• Provide day-to-day Health and Safety support and advice to site management teams across residential projects.
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits, reporting findings and tracking actions to close-out.
• Review and monitor subcontractor RAMS, method statements and safety documentation.
• Lead and support incident reporting and investigation.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and training to site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, statutory requirements and company procedures.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health and Safety
• 2-3 years’ relevant Health and Safety experience in construction, ideally with a main contractor
• Experience on residential or apartment developments an advantage
• Strong communication and influencing skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary €60,000 – €70,000
