GPC is a leading specialist recruitment consultancy with over 25 years’ experience across Ireland, the UK and Europe. We’re looking for an ambitious, competitive and commercially driven Graduate Sales Consultant to join our team.
This is a sales and business development role within recruitment. You’ll develop new business, build your own client base and work towards clear sales targets, while managing candidates through the recruitment process.
No recruitment experience required – full training provided.
The Role
- The successful Graduate Sales Consultant will be responsible for cold calling, prospecting and developing new business
- Build and manage your own client base
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
- Source and interview candidates
- Negotiate offers and close placements

- Confident speaking to new people and cold calling
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection
- Persuasive, proactive and commercially minded
- Motivated by commission and career progression
- Sales, hospitality, retail or other target-driven experience is an advantage
