About the Role
Seeking a motivated Graduate Building Services Engineer to join my client’s growing team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across mechanical and electrical building services projects, from concept design through to delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers, gaining exposure to design, coordination, and project management in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and coordination of building services systems (mechanical and/or electrical).
- Support senior engineers in preparing drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
- Review technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Contribute to project meetings, liaising with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Undertake site visits and inspections to support project delivery.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to progress towards chartership.
Requirements
- A degree in Building Services Engineering, or a pure Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar is desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in building services engineering.
