An established and expanding architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architect to support its growing project portfolio.
This position would suit someone who enjoys managing projects, coordinating design teams and building strong client relationships. The practice offers a collaborative working environment, flexibility and opportunities for long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee architectural projects across multiple design and delivery stages
- Lead design coordination meetings and manage input from multidisciplinary consultants
- Take responsibility for progressing projects with minimal supervision
- Organise project programmes, resources and day-to-day deliverables
- Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning requirements and BCAR
- RIAI registered, eligible for registration or actively working towards registration
- Proficiency in Revit and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong technical skills, including experience preparing and reviewing project documentation
- Proven ability to manage workloads, deadlines and project priorities
- Experience chairing meetings and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Confidence working independently and contributing to a collaborative team
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
