Finishing Supervisor

Finishing Supervisor required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to work on a project in West Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee finishing trades and ensure a high standard of quality on site. The successful Finishing Supervisor will report to the Finishing Manager.

Role:

• Supervise and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors on site, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
• Monitor the sequencing, progress and quality of internal and external finishes against programme.
• Carry out regular quality inspections and flag defects early for remedial action.
• Manage snagging and ensure timely close-out of defects ahead of handover.
• Enforce site Health and Safety standards and ensure compliance with site rules and procedures.
• Liaise with the site management team, design team and subcontractors on finishing matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Foreman with a main contractor
• Strong trade background with a good understanding of finishing works and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail, leadership and organisational skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary €70,000 – €80,000
