Finishing Supervisor

Finishing Supervisor required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor for a large scale residential project in North Dublin. Our client is renowned for delivering large-scale projects and has a solid pipeline of work within the Dublin area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential finishing roles, a keen eye for detail to ensure top quality finishes, and excellent leadership skills to manage subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met.

Required:

• Carpentry background
• Experience as a Finishing Foreman for a Main Building Contractor in Ireland or the UK
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to work to tight deadlines

Package:

• Salary circa €70,000 – €75,000  
• Strong benefits package
• Travel allowance or company vehicle
