Finishing Foreman required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a large apartment project in Tallaght.  Our client has a fantastic reputation and has several other similar schemes in the pipeline.  The successful finishing foreman will have experience working in this position on residential projects in either Ireland or the UK on housing or apartments.

Required

• Ideally carpentry background
• Must have worked as a Finishing Foreman for a Main Building Contractor or Developer in Ireland or the UK previously
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead a team
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
• Good eye for detail

Package:

• Salary circa €70k-€75k  
• Pension and other benefits
• Travel allowance or company vehicle
