Electrical Site Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to support the successful delivery of major projects across the data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial and commercial sectors. This role is based in Germany with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor on a large data centre project.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical trades and subcontractors on site
- Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations and project delivery
- Monitor site progress, manpower, and productivity against programme targets
- Develop and manage short-term lookaheads and coordinate activities with other trades
- Ensure installations are completed in line with drawings, specifications, ITPs, and quality standards
- Drive a strong quality culture with a focus on snag-free delivery and timely closeout of defects
- Lead site safety initiatives, enforce RAMS, permit systems, and safe working practices
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and quality inspections
Requirements
- Senior Trades qualification or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in a site supervisory role within data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of electrical installations, drawings, and site coordination
- Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC, commissioning, and EHS procedures
- An EU Passport is essential for this role
