Electrical Site Manager
We are recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager to be based in Limerick. You will lead the delivery of large-scale electrical projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. Responsible for site operations, subcontractor management, safety, quality, programme delivery, and coordination across M&E trades on major projects, primarily within the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site electrical activities from mobilisation to project close-out
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, plant, and programme delivery
- Drive site productivity, quality, HSEQ compliance, and ZERO snag delivery
- Chair site meetings and liaise closely with clients, PMs, QSs, and commissioning teams
- Oversee RAMS, toolbox talks, permits, inspections, and safety audits
- Track progress against programme and manage site reporting/documentation
Requirements
- Electrical trade qualification/apprenticeship with 5+ years’ Site Management experience
- Proven experience delivering electrical design & build projects €5M+
- Pharmaceutical project experience is essential
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, and commercial awareness
- Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary site teams
- IOSH / NEBOSH certifications desirable
