Electrical Quantity Surveyor
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier 1 M&E Contractor delivering a major Data Centre Project in Germany. This is a senior-level commercial role offering full ownership of electrical packages from tender through to final account on large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Full cradle-to-grave commercial management of electrical packages
- Prepare and manage budgets, BOQs, profit plans, valuations, and cost reports
- Manage subcontractor accounts including payments, variations, retentions, and final accounts
- Submit accurate monthly applications including remeasures, claims, dayworks, and variations
- Identify and manage commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Attend and lead commercial meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Work closely with Planning teams to align programme progress with commercial reporting
Requirements
- Strong experience working as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor at Senior level
- Degree qualified or trade background with relevant commercial experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of electrical contracts and commercial processes
- Experience managing subcontractors, client relationships, and commercial negotiations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
