Key Responsibilities:
- Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-award
- Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts
- Compile monthly reports according to company standards
- Conduct site measures with Construction and Planning teams
- Submit claims and notices per contract provisions
- Highlight concerns on contract costs, sales, and contributions
- Manage client invoicing, track payments, and process subcontractor payments
- Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM/Director
- Collaborate with Finance on project reporting and financials
- Resolve disputes and monitor site procurement updates
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management or related field
- 4+ years’ experience in construction Quantity Surveying
- Working toward chartership or professional certification (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Systems
- Data Centre/ Pharma experience is an advantage, but not essential
