Electrical Project Manager – 13188
Electrical Project Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor for a Data Centre Project in Frankfurt. The successful Electrical Project Manager will work in conjunction with the MEP Lead and will be responsible for the successful delivery of the projects electrical scope.

Responsibilities:
- Define and implement performance, delivery, and quality control criteria to meet construction and client requirements.
- Oversee resource planning, including labour, materials, subcontractors, and scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of construction milestones.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure successful project delivery and potential future opportunities.
- Lead site safety and quality initiatives in adherence to all safety standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage site operations, including procurement, contract management, and preparation of project documentation (installed drawings, O&M manuals).
Requirements:
- A Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Or relevant Trade qualifications.
- 5 Years’ experience in Project Management.
- Large scale Industrial project experience would be essential (Data Centre beneficial)
- A proven track record in customer relationship development.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office, SAP, Eida, Procore, BIM 360
Benefits:
- Salary €100,000 to €110,000 DOE
