A leading Irish engineering consultancy is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join their growing Cork team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of large-scale developments across the commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors.
The Role:
The successful Electrical Design Engineer will deliver electrical building services designs from concept through to detailed design, producing layouts, specifications, calculations and technical documentation. The role will involve multidisciplinary coordination, client and contractor liaison, and producing drawings using Revit and AutoCAD in line with relevant Irish standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in electrical building services design.
- Previous experience in an Irish engineering consultancy.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience with Electrical OM and Dialux is desirable.
