Duties:

• Review AutoCAD, designs, and client directives to create construction plans for your team.
• Choose tools, materials, and equipment while monitoring inventory.
• Oversee construction sites to ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate workers and subcontractors.
• Meet deadlines while staying within budget.
• Report project progress to management and prepare audit documentation.
• Supervise all onsite and offsite construction to ensure adherence to building and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade background required.
• A minimum of 3 Years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of having led teams on large projects.
• Experience working on HVAC and Commercial projects would be advantageous.
• The successful candidate must be in Ireland or the UK at present and be eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
