Design Manager – Finland

We are currently recruiting a Design Manager to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Finland.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate client, internal, and external design teams to ensure design development remains on programme.
• Lead design and engineering workshops to resolve technical issues ahead of site activities.
• Manage Technical Submittals, design queries, RFIs, and IFC drawing releases.
• Coordinate design changes through the appropriate change management process.
• Lead weekly Design & Engineering meetings, expediting and escalating key items.
• Ensure project teams remain aligned with current designs, specifications, and technical requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Previous Design Manager or similar design coordination experience.
• Data Centre experience advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
