A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team in Louth. The successful candidate will oversee the design process from pre-construction through to project delivery, ensuring design programmes, technical coordination, and stakeholder requirements are effectively managed across residential developments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design process from planning through construction delivery
- Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Review design information to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations
- Monitor design programmes and ensure information is issued in line with construction schedules
- Identify and resolve design clashes and technical issues
- Manage design change and ensure effective communication between stakeholders
- Support project delivery teams with technical and design-related queries
- Ensure high-quality design standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Design Manager or Design Coordinator within residential construction
- Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and construction processes
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
Salary & Benefits
