Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to oversee delivery across large-scale residential projects in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take commercial and operational responsibility across multiple sites. The successful Contracts Manager will report to the Operations Director.

Role:

• Oversee delivery, programme, cost and quality across multiple residential projects in South Dublin.
• Manage and support Site Managers and project teams across each project.
• Take overall responsibility for commercial performance and risk management across the portfolio.
• Liaise with clients, design teams and subcontractors at a senior level across all projects.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, CDM, and quality standards across all sites.
• Support resourcing, planning and sequencing across the project pipeline.
• Report project and portfolio performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, ideally large-scale residential
• Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary €120,000 – €130,000
