Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to oversee a major healthcare construction project in the Raheny area, North Dublin. This is a key leadership role managing diverse aspects of the commercial project, ensuring high standards of delivery, safety, and commercial performance.

Role & Duties:

• Oversee the successful delivery of a large scale project, ensuring they meet time, budget, quality, and commercial goals.
• Build & manage effective project teams, fostering a positive, stable work environment.
• Plan, update, and track project schedules regularly; coordinate multiple site and project managers to ensure alignment.
• Uphold high standards of H&S, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Implement cost and value management procedures, delivering timely and accurate commercial reporting to senior leadership.
• Act as the company’s lead on all contractual matters-managing documentation, reviewing changes, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance.
• Provide guidance and training on contract management practices to project teams; contribute to the development and enforcement of company policies.
• Drive procurement efficiency and supply chain performance to support project delivery.
• Identify underperforming projects and implement corrective action plans.
• Champion cost reduction and process optimisation across all project areas.
• Ensure all projects meet company standards for visual presentation, brand image, and operational compliance.
• Collaborate with Directors and Project Managers to mitigate risks, resolve challenges, and support business growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3rd Level Degree or Trades Qualified
• Over 6 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously or large-scale projects.

• Basic salary €125k -€135k DOE
