Contracts Manager
Contracts Manager required for a leading Main Contractor to look after a major educational build in Dublin.
Duties:
- Deliver large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to quality/commercial targets.
- Build and lead strong project teams, promoting retention and a positive culture.
- Manage and track schedules; align multiple site and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Oversee cost/value management and provide accurate commercial reporting.
- Lead on all contractual matters, documentation, and compliance.
- Train teams on contract management and support policy development.
- Drive procurement efficiency and strengthen supply chain performance.
- Identify and address underperforming projects with corrective actions.
- Promote cost reduction and process improvements.
- Maintain company standards for presentation, brand, and operations.
- Work with Directors/PMs to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and support growth.
Requirements:
- 3rd Level Degree or Trades Qualified
- Over 10 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously or large-scale projects.
Package:
- Basic salary €110k -€120k DOE
