I am hiring for well established developer in Dublin who is seeking a Senior Construction Planner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across high-profile residential projects, supporting programmes from early design through to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the master programme across all projects through each gateway process.
- Maintain and review detailed construction programmes by providing accurate and timely data.
- Input into phasing plans and handover strategies.
- Implement project controls procedures.
- Monitor programme progress and provide reporting.
- Assist with programming requirements for non-live sites from concept through to completion.
- Contribute to the development of the Master Programme dashboard, highlighting current and future risks.
- Liaise with internal teams including design and PMO.
- Collaborate effectively within the wider project team environment.
Requirements
- Level 8 degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
- 8+ years relevant construction experience, preferably residential.
- Experience with programming software and scheduling (advantage but not essential).
- Ability to achieve demanding programme and quality targets.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
