Commissioning Manager – Denmark
We are recruiting for an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead all testing, turnover and commissioning activities on major Data Centre Project based in Denmark with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor. You will drive commissioning strategy from construction through to handover, ensuring systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead all commissioning, testing, and turnover activities across projects.
- Develop and manage commissioning plans, programmes, and system handover strategies.
- Coordinate commissioning activities with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Chair commissioning meetings and drive system readiness and completion.
- Oversee system walk-downs, inspections, testing, and quality sign-off.
- Manage commissioning documentation, reporting, and final handover requirements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years’ experience in commissioning, testing, or turnover management.
- Strong experience delivering data centre or other mission-critical projects.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
- An EU Passport is essential for this role.
