Responsibilities
• Lead the commercial delivery of large-scale electrical engineering projects from tender stage through to final account.
• Manage business unit revenue, cashflow, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
• Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and dispute resolution.
• Drive commercial governance, cost control, and profitability across projects.
• Support and mentor Quantity Surveying and commercial teams.
• Collaborate closely with operations, planning, engineering, and finance teams.
Requirements
• 10+ years’ Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management experience within Electrical and/or Mechanical construction projects.
• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, commercial management, and project delivery.
• Experience across both pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities.
• Advanced Excel and strong overall IT proficiency.
