This role offers real influence across tendering, contract negotiation, risk management, commercial performance, and final account delivery. This role is with a Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in Limerick.

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy across projects from tender to close-out
- Manage contracts, risk, cashflow, forecasts, and profitability
- Oversee subcontractor agreements, compliance, and final accounts
- Support and develop a high-performing commercial team
- Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Finance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS
- Strong contract and commercial management expertise
- Ability to manage risk, challenge where needed, and drive performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within complex construction or engineering environments
