Clerk of Works with proven experience in residential projects is sought by a leading developer to work on a prestigious large-scale housing project in North Dublin. Our client is highly regarded for their exceptional standards, employee-focused culture, and a strong pipeline of projects within the Dublin region, offering excellent career growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate should possess a relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or hold an equivalent professional qualification OR;
• Have 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in the delivery of residential projects in Ireland, working as either a Project Manager or General Foreman, with a track record of ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Duties:

• Hold a relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
• Have 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a Clerk of Works or similar role overseeing residential projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and attention to detail.
• Expertise in monitoring construction drawings, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with contractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong capability to identify and address construction issues proactively, ensuring quality control.

Package:

• Competitive salary in the range of €70k – €80k
