Our client is seeking a Civils Foreman for a long-term high profile project just outside Cork City. With nearly 100 years in operation, this Main Contractor has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and civil engineering projects nationwide. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee day-to-day site operations
- Manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
- Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and health & safety regulations
- Maintain quality control standards and accurate site documentation
- Coordinate closely with project management and other key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civils Foreman, ideally on residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of civil engineering works and health & safety compliance
- Clear communication and strong organisational abilities
