One of Munster’s leading contractors is seeking a Civils Foreman for a key role based in Cork City. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established contractor delivering large-scale residential and civil projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise day-to-day site operations
- Manage site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Maintain quality control and site documentation
- Coordinate with project management and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civils Foreman, preferably with residential projects
- Strong leadership and site management skills
- Solid understanding of civil engineering works and health & safety
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
