Project Manager with 8-10 years’ experience needed to join a highly respected, award-winning international multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices in Galway, Dublin, Dundalk and Cork. The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the design, managment and delivery of various civil projects. You will join a dynamic, ambitious and rapidly growing team with excellent career prospects.
Duties:
- The successful Project Manager will liaise with the design team and work on various Civil (Roads, Highways, Water, Renewable Energy) projects for Uisce Eireann, NTA, TII and other private/public clients around Ireland and the EU.
- As Project Manager, you will be involved in monthly progress meetings with client and contractors.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of a wide range of municipal water services projects (networks, pumping stations and treatment plants) at various stages in the project life cycles.
- Leading project teams to deliver projects within agreed scope, timeframes and budgets.
- Liaising with clients, and other stakeholders and co-ordinate with all other disciplines in terms of the project requirements.
Requirements:
- Honours Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- The successful Project Manager should have 8-10 years’ experience working within an engineering consultancy and experience in the design and delivery Civil and Structural projects.
- The successful Project Manager will be experienced in communicating effectively and have the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to comply with Quality Assurance Management Systems is essential.
