A leading Irish Civil Engineering Consultancy is seeking a Civil Engineer with 5+ years’ experience to join its established team. With multiple offices across Ireland, the consultancy is involved in the design and delivery of some of the country’s largest transport and linear infrastructure projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer looking to specialise in drainage design, contributing to major transport and infrastructure schemes nationwide. The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team, gain exposure to high-profile projects and benefit from excellent opportunities for technical development and career progression.
Projects:
- National road and motorway schemes
- Active travel and sustainable transport projects
- Bus and public transport infrastructure developments
- Water and drainage infrastructure projects
- Public realm and urban regeneration schemes
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in civil engineering or drainage design
- Experience working on infrastructure, transport or water projects would be advantageous
- Good understanding of drainage design principles and relevant Irish standards
- Experience with drainage design software such as MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage or similar would be beneficial
- Strong report writing and communication skills
