Civil Engineer – Dublin (Hybrid)
A leading international consultancy is looking to bring an experienced Civil Engineer into their Dublin team as they continue to grow their site development and infrastructure capability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects – leading design, influencing decisions and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, buildable solutions. You’ll be involved in complex site development schemes across a range of sectors, with real visibility from early concept through to construction.
Projects:
- Large-scale site development and infrastructure projects typically ranging from €20M up to €150M+
- Projects across life sciences, technology, commercial and mixed-use developments
- Civil infrastructure design including roads, drainage, utilities and site layouts
- Multidisciplinary developments alongside structural, MEP and architectural teams
Role:
- Leading the delivery of civil and site infrastructure design packages
- Producing and reviewing drawings, models, reports and specifications
- Managing project timelines, budgets and coordination across teams
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Providing technical input across all stages—from concept to construction
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
- Ensuring designs meet relevant standards, quality expectations and client requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience within a consultancy environment
- Chartered Engineer (or working towards)
- Strong technical background in site infrastructure design (roads, drainage, utilities, earthworks)
- Proven experience delivering large-scale development projects
- Comfortable leading design teams and managing project delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary & Benefits:
- €55,000 – €65,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Pension
