Leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in Cork who are continuing to grow their team and are looking to bring in a Civil Engineer, who wants to get stuck into meaningful water infrastructure projects.
You’ll be working across a strong mix of water and wastewater schemes tied to long-term national development and sustainability goals, with real exposure to how projects move from concept through to delivery.
This will be a good fit for someone who wants to build on their technical experience while also getting more involved in site work, coordination and client interaction.
Projects:
- Water & wastewater treatment plant upgrades and capacity improvements
- Trunk mains and distribution network design
- Pumping station design and rehabilitation works
- Design & build civil and utility infrastructure projects
Role:
- Supporting projects from early design stages through to construction
- Preparing drawings, reports and technical documentation
- Getting involved in project coordination and progress tracking
- Working in a design–build environment with a focus on practical solutions
- Attending site visits and contributing to design decisions
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Around 3+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure (water experience is a plus)
- Strong AutoCAD skills (Civil 3D beneficial)
- Organised, detail-focused and comfortable working as part of a team
- Good communication skills across projects and stakeholders
Salary & Benefits:
- €45,000 – €55,000 (depending on experience)
