A leading international multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their growing Dublin team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer looking to take a leading role on major site development and infrastructure projects across Ireland while working within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects from concept through to construction, while mentoring junior engineers and working closely with clients, architects and project stakeholders.
Projects:
- Large-scale site infrastructure and master planning projects (€20M – €250M+)
- Data centre and industrial developments (€100M+)
- Commercial and mixed-use developments (€50M – €200M+)
- Healthcare, education and institutional projects
- Multidisciplinary urban development and infrastructure projects across Ireland and internationally
Role:
- Leading the civil engineering and utility design delivery on major infrastructure projects
- Producing designs, drawings, 3D models, specifications and technical reports
- Managing projects from conceptual layout through to detailed design and construction
- Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and external stakeholders
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
- Representing the business at client meetings and technical workshops
- Supporting project planning, quality assurance and technical problem-solving
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years’ experience within a consultancy environment
- Chartered Engineer status, or equivalent recognised professional qualification
- Strong technical experience in site infrastructure design including roads, drainage, earthworks and utilities coordination
- Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and site development projects
- Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD and relevant civil engineering software
- Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills
Salary & Benefits:
- €70,000 – €80,000 (DOE) + Benefits
