A leading Irish multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a CSA Project Manager to join their growing team in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with an Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering background to lead the delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects within highly regulated industrial and pharmaceutical environments.
The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery from concept through to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams while managing programme, commercial performance and client relationships.
Projects:
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility developments (€5M – €100M+)
- Industrial plant expansions and upgrades
- Complex refurbishment and fit-out projects within live operational environments
- Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP projects
- Capital investment programmes for regulated industries
- Multidisciplinary projects from concept design through construction delivery
Role:
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams across Architecture, Civil, Structural and MEP disciplines
- Managing projects through all stages from inception to completion
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing project budgets, programmes and commercial performance
- Leading project governance, reporting and risk management activities
- Coordinating design deliverables, RFIs and stakeholder communications
- Managing tender processes, contract administration and contractor engagement
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal CPD programmes
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Architecture,
- Professional Project Management qualification (PMI, IPM or equivalent)
- 7+ years’ post-qualification experience
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong knowledge of Irish statutory requirements and project delivery processes
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Chartered status is desirable
- Experience within pharmaceutical or industrial environments is advantageous
- Must be based in Ireland with full working rights
Salary & Benefits:
- €60k – 75k (DOE)
