BMS Package Lead (Denmark)
We’re recruiting an experienced BMS Package Lead to lead the delivery of BMS packages on a major hyperscale data centre project in Fredericia, Denmark.
This role sits within a leading GC / MEP contractor delivering complex, high-tech projects across the data centre sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of BMS packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Monitor programme, quality, cost, and progress, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Review technical documentation, method statements, and commissioning plans.
- Manage procurement, site activities, risk assessments, inspections, and snagging.
- Prepare progress reports, schedules, and handover documentation.
- Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with project specifications.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Building Services Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience delivering BMS projects with a Main Contractor or MEP Contractor.
- Proven Data Centre experience (hyperscale preferred).
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems, commissioning, and project delivery.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- EU Passport or full EU work eligibility required.
