BIM Technician

BIM Technician required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to join their team, based out of their North Dublin office. Our client is specifically looking for a BIM Technician to support model production and coordination across live projects. The successful BIM Technician will report to the BIM Manager.

Role:

• Develop, update and maintain 3D models and drawings from design information.
• Support clash detection and model coordination across architectural, structural and M&E disciplines.
• Produce drawings, schedules and visualisations from the model for site and design teams.
• Manage model and document information within the Common Data Environment.
• Support the BIM Execution Plan and project BIM standards.
• Work with site teams, the design team and subcontractors to ensure model outputs meet project needs.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction or a related discipline
• Experience as a BIM Technician or similar role, ideally in a main contractor or consultancy
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and CDE platforms an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Salary €55,000 – €65,000
