BIM Engineer
BIM Engineer required to join one of Europe’s leading main contractors on a Data Centre project in The Netherlands. The BIM Engineer will lead and support the Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy across Business Unit projects, ensuring its success from pre-contract to handover.

Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents (Works Information, EIR, etc.) to define BIM and digital requirements; assess tender-stage 3D models for federation, engineering, clash detection, logistics, and cost planning.
- Produce and deliver BEP, MIDP, and MPDT, ensuring project teams and external parties understand roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with planning team to develop and coordinate 4D BIM models.
- Create and manage visualisations and interactive 3D models; co-lead DPD kick-off meetings with the Information Manager to finalise strategy.
- Support and mentor BIM Engineers, providing guidance where required.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 standards
- Strong background in BIM documentation.
- Skilled in MS Office, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro Pro, Lumion, and CDE tools (e.g., Viewpoint, Dalux).
- Degree in construction, computing, or related field
- Excellent communication skills
