BIM Coordinator

BIM Coordinator required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to join their team, based out of their North Dublin office. Our client is specifically looking for a BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate model information across live projects. Our client has a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and continues to invest in digital delivery. The successful BIM Coordinator will report to the BIM Manager.

Role:

• Coordinate federated models across architectural, structural and M&E disciplines, running clash detection and driving resolution.
• Implement and maintain the BIM Execution Plan and project BIM standards.
• Manage model information exchange through the Common Data Environment.
• Support design coordination meetings and report on model progress and issues.
• Extract quantities, visualisations and data from models to support site and commercial teams.
• Work with the design team and subcontractors to ensure model deliverables meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role, ideally with a main contractor
• Strong knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, with experience of ISO 19650 and CDE platforms
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary €75,000 – €85,000
