Associate Director, Structural Engineer
Location: Dublin
Associate Director, Structural Engineer with 10+ years’ experience required to join a leading Irish-owned multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering high-profile structural projects across Ireland and internationally. This consultancy has built a strong portfolio across major commercial, residential, industrial, and sports infrastructure developments and continues to deliver innovative engineering solutions for both public and private sector clients.
The successful Associate Director Structural Engineer will lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams across a range of large-scale developments including commercial buildings, high-density residential schemes, advanced industrial facilities, and large sports and entertainment structures.

Requirements:
- Level 8 or Level 9 Degree in Structural Engineering
- 10+ years’ experience in structural engineering design
- Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland
- Experience using REVIT and AutoCAD
- Ability to interrogate baseline information and prepare innovative and cost-effective design solutions for public and private sector clients using the latest design software
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and national / local authority standards
- Experience in the preparation of contract documents for Public Works Contracts and participation in contract administration
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working within an engineering consultancy in Ireland or the UK
Salary:
- €80k – €90k DOE
