Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist
A busy multidisciplinary office in north Dublin have an immediate requirement for qualified and experienced architectural technologists to join the team.
They are seeking to recruit qualified Architectural Technologist’s with a minimum of 1 year+ professional experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and a good work knowledge of current building and planning regulations.
They will join a team of over 40 across Architects, Architectural Technologists, Engineers and Construction professionals and work on a range of projects including residential, data centres and educational through all phases of development.

Desired experience:
- Educational qualification in Architectural Technology
- Previous project across medium to largescale developments
- Excellent knowledge of all current industry standards and regulations
- Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to work well as a team and on your own initiative
- Experience working on project during construction stage is highly beneficial
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM technologies is advantageous
- Competently produce planning applications, tender and construction packs
- MUST hold eligibility to work in Ireland
