An award-winning architectural practice in Dublin is currently recruiting experienced Architectural Technologists with a minimum of 12 months industry experience to join the team. Located close to Dublin city centre and easily accessible from all modes of transport, they offer a design led, studio-based environment using the latest technologies on all projects. Proficiency in Revit is essential to be considered.
The successful Architectural Technologist will join a creative team who have a broad range of projects in the pipeline including student accommodation, commercial, residential, healthcare, and educational developments.
Also recent Architectural Technology graduates who have gained undergraduate experience can be considered.
Minimum requirements:
- Educationally qualified in Architectural Technology (essential)
- Have a minimum of 1-3 years architectural experience within an architectural design consultancy or multidisciplinary office
- Possess a good knowledge, understanding and experience working with current building regulations and industry legislation
- Experience in Revit is essential, AutoCAD and Adobe suite beneficial
- Competently produce planning, tender and construction drawings
- Ability to work successfully within a fast-paced collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland is essential
Salary & Benefits:
- €35k-€45k depending on experience
